The Loser Wins

Created by: Gabriel Werlen

The Loser Wins is a mentalism trick that combines the witch hand plot with a prediction element. A spectator places a coin in a brass coin casket, choosing heads or tails, and then hides it behind their back in either hand. The magician, without looking, accurately identifies not only which hand holds the coin but also whether it's heads or tails up. The trick culminates with a pre-written prediction that matches the spectator's choices, creating a powerful and seemingly impossible revelation. This trick is suitable for close-up or parlor settings and requires the brass coin casket for performance.

UnbiasedMagicReviews says...
Gabriel Verlin utilizes this with a witch hand plot where he has a spectator put it behind their back first he turns around he tells them to put the coin in their heads up or tails up then he tells them to put it behind their back and put it in either hand and then come forward and then he does a couple of rounds I think he does either three or four rounds where he tells them not only which hand it's in but if the coin is heads up or tails up.
